Common faults of ultrasonic cleaning machine:
When the ultrasonic cleaner fails to work normally, it is common to find the following eight conditions. For these eight conditions, analysis and detection are carried out:
1, insurance damage: after starting up, if found no power display, no action, first to see whether the power source inside the insurance damage.
Analysis: it is possible that the ground wire of the user is mixed with the live wire or zero wire, and there is no grounding (the ground wire of the machine is connected with the machine shell), or it may be the machine short circuit, the components aging appear short circuit phenomenon, resulting in insurance damage.
Test: take out the safety to see whether it is broken, use the multimeter to measure whether it is broken, and replace the new device.
2. Transducer damage:
Analysis: it is possible that the colloid melting transducer will fall off or the ceramic part of the transducer will break because the temperature will rise gradually due to the long time in the power-on state.
Detection: shaking table was used to measure the insulation of the transducer strength, dielectric strength under 200 m Ω have been unable to use, must be in a new transducer.
The internal ceramic of the transducer may also break due to long-term use, making it unable to work properly.
3. Power tube damage:
Analysis: power tube on the main board because the machine for a long time uninterrupted use or cleaning liquid is too little for a long time use, power tube appear short circuit.
Testing: when the power tube on the motherboard connection type, use multimeter measure the resistance of power tube on both sides of the tube feet, under normal circumstances should be around 22 Ω.After the power tube is taken down (disconnected from the main board), the measurement of each pin should be unconnected.
4. Damage to voltage regulator tube
Analysis: voltage regulator tube damage is generally in the power tube resistance value is small or short circuit, the boot caused by itself is rarely damaged.
Detection: according to the characteristics of the diode, the forward guide pass and the reverse stop.Measured with a multimeter diode gears, positive resistance around 70 Ω, back up.If the value deviation is too large or the positive resistance value is also infinity, replace the new regulator tube.
5. bridge damage (diode rectifier circuit)
Analysis: same voltage regulator tube condition
Detection: also based on diode characteristics (the bridge itself is composed of diodes)
6. Damage to control board (adjustable ultrasonic cleaner)
Analysis: long time continuous work, components related to aging, and sometimes infiltration of cleaning fluid.
Test: disconnect the connection between the control board and the main board when the machine is not working.Power the main board, such as machine work, it means that the control board is damaged, need to be replaced.
7.Damage of inductor and isolating transformer
Analysis: because the machine works for a long time, inductance, transformer belongs to the heat dissipation element, its own may melt because of the high temperature, burn out, cause the short circuit.
Detection: inductor, transformer damage, in most cases can directly see the burn out traces, replacement of new components.
